          STEP ONE, LOCATE YOUR METER. 
          WATER METERS ARE TYPICALLY FOUND BETWEEN THE STREET AND THE SIDEWALK. 
          STEP TWO, READ THE NUMBERS FROM LEFT TO RIGHT. 
          IGNORE THE BLACK NUMBERS. 
          WE BUILD CUSTOMERS FOR EVERY THOUSAND GALLONS USED. 
          TURN EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE OFF FOR AN HOUR AND THEN RETURN TO RECORD THE READING. 
          STEP THREE, CALCULATE YOUR WATER USAGE, SUBTRACT FROM THE PRIOR READING, AND IF YOU HAVE WATER USAGE, YOU MAY HAVE A LEAK IN THE HOME.
