IT'S REALLY GONNA, GONNA KICK OFF DEVELOPMENT IN THIS AREA. NOW WE'RE FINALLY TO THE POINT WHERE YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE THE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL. UH, THINGS ARE HAPPENING.
