UH, HAPPY TO BE HERE AT THIS EVENT AGAIN.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO THIS EVERY YEAR.
I'VE BEEN DOING IT FOR APPROXIMATELY FIVE YEARS AND THIS IS MY FIRST TIME WITH MY OWN GROUP AND I'M SO PROUD OF MYSELF AND SO PROUD OF EVERYBODY AND THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE PUT ME TO DO THIS DANCE.
THIS IS REAL GOOD FOR ALL THE PEOPLE FEEL ALIVE, NOT JUST BEING ALIVE.
WE KNOW WE ARE ALIVE AND WE FEEL IT WHEN WE DO THE DANCE TOGETHER.
JUST THE MOVEMENT, JUST KNOWING THAT I STILL CAN DO IT, THAT'S ENOUGH BECAUSE THE THEY HURT, BUT TO KNOW THAT I STILL CAN MOVE ALONG WITH THE MUSIC, THAT'S GREAT.
IT'S A WEIGHTBEARING EXERCISE, SO IT HELPS WITH THE BONES AND IT'S CARDIO, SO IT HELPS WITH YOUR, YOUR HEART AND PLUS IT HELPS WITH YOUR MIND BECAUSE DANCING, YOU HAVE TO LEARN NEW THINGS ALL THE TIME.
YOU HAVE TO LEARN THE NEW STEPS, SO IT KEEPS YOUR MIND SHARPER.
I DANCE FIVE TO SIX DAYS A WEEK AND DISCO IS MY THING.
THE LORD, THAT'S WHAT KEEP US GOING.
THE GAMES AND THEN THE MUSIC THAT THEY, THAT KEEP US GOING, THAT KEEP US YOUNG.
YOU DON'T HAVE TIME TO THINK THAT YOU AGE IN.
AS A MATTER OF FACT, YOU EVEN FEEL YOUNGER AS YOU CAN SEE, AND IT JUST MAKES YOU HAPPY.
