WE'RE AT THE JOSEPH ANI BUILDING 1221 ELMWOOD PARK BOULEVARD IN JEFFERSON, LOUISIANA.

THIS MEETING IS NOW CALLED TO ORDER, AND WE'RE GOING TO, UM, FIRST RECOGNIZE COUNCILMAN VAN FRANKEN FOR A MOMENT OF SILENCE THIS MORNING BEFORE WE GET TO OUR INVOCATION AND PLEDGE.

UM, I WANNA ASK EVERYONE TO, UM, JUST JOIN ME IN A MOMENT OF SILENCE.

UH, ANYONE IN THE PARISH WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED, UM, FOR THE PAST 50 YEARS, UM, IN BEAUTIFICATION IN OUR PARISH, IN THE PRESERVATION OF OUR TREE CANOPY OF SO MANY OF THE THINGS THAT WE SEE, UM, COME TO FRUITION, UH, TO BEAUTIFY AND, AND IMPROVE OUR COMMUNITY.

UM, THEY GENERALLY HAVE HAD THE NAME CARRIE HAMMETT, UH, AFFILIATED WITH THEM.

AND CARRIE, UH, WAS OUR OFFICE'S APPOINTEE TO THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS.

UM, SHE ALWAYS TRIED TO LISTEN TO PEOPLE AND DEFINE, UM, PATHS FORWARD AND SOLUTIONS.

I'M PROUD TO HAVE WITH US TODAY PASTOR DAVID ELLO WITH THE HARRY HAND CHRISTIAN CHURCH TO SAY OUR OPENING PRAYERS TODAY.

TO SHARE A LITTLE STORY REAL QUICK, UH, PASTOR ELLA'S GRANDFATHER SUGAR ELLA WAS A FRIEND OF MINE, AND I HAVE A FOND MEMORY OF HIM FOLLOWING THE NINE 11 ATTACKS WHEN EVERYBODY WAS HURTING SO BAD AND THERE WAS SO MUCH PAIN GOING AROUND.

WE HELD A PRAYER SERVICE HERE IN THE NEY BUILDING, AND YOUR GRANDFATHER WAS THE ONE WHO PRESIDED OVER THAT SERVICE.

AND IT WAS A VERY MOVING EVENT, AND IT'S SOMETHING I'LL NEVER FORGET.

UM, AS THE COUNCILMAN SAID, I'D ALSO, YOU KNOW, WORKING IN DISTRICT FIVE, WE WERE ABLE TO MEET CARRIE HAMMETT.

SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE ON DEALING WITH SO MANY PROPERTY ISSUES THAT COME ABOUT, UM, IN THAT DISTRICT.

SO, UM, I KNOW NOR VADEN HOLMES IS HERE, WORKS, WORKED CLOSELY WITH CARRIE FOR A LONG TIME, BUT SHE WAS THE FOUNDER OF FRIENDS OF JEFFERSON, THE BEAUTIFUL.

AND I THINK, YOU KNOW, WHEN SHE STARTED SEEING DEVELOPMENT IN JEFFERSON PARISH AND PEOPLE BUILDING BIGGER HOMES AND THE LOSS OF TREES, SHE REALLY WAS VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT THAT.

SHE STARTED THE TREE SCHOOL.

NORA, I'M TOLD YOU ALL NAME THE, UM, TREE SCHOOL AFTER CARRIE AND MANY OF THE TREE ORDINANCES AND THE PROPERTY ISSUES THAT PROTECT THE TREE CANOPY, UM, THAT WE HAVE ON THE BOOKS IN JEFFERSON PARISH.

WERE DUE TO CARRIE CARRIE'S WORK.

SO I KNOW COUNCILMAN YOU WERE CLOSE TO HER.

ANYBODY IN COMING THROUGH DISTRICT FIVE WOULD'VE, UM, USED CARRIE TO HELP BE ON THE TEAM BECAUSE SHE JUST WORKS SO CLOSELY WITH EVERYBODY.

SO WE CERTAINLY ALSO HAVE HER FAMILY AND, AND FRIENDS IN OUR PRAYERS.

UM, I'LL START OFF WITH JP RECREATION REIMAGINED.

OVER TWO YEARS AGO, WE EMBARKED ON A JOURNEY TO REIMAGINE RECREATION IN JEFFERSON PARISH.

WE INTRODUCED RECREATION REIMAGINED WITH THE GOAL OF INCREASING YOUTH SPORTS PARTICIPATION AND ENHANCING COMMUNITY UTILIZATION OF OUR MANY, MANY FACILITIES THAT WE HAVE.

FOLLOWING A SERIES OF PUBLIC FORUMS IN 2022, WE ASSEMBLED STEERING COMMITTEES AT THESE SIX PLAYGROUNDS, UH, TO SOLICIT FEEDBACK FROM THE COMMUNITY AND COME UP WITH INNOVATIVE CONCEPTS FOR EACH PLAYGROUND.

I WANNA APPLAUD THE NEXT LEVEL WORK OF OUR RECREATION TEAM AND THE COMMUNITY MEMBERS WHO WERE INVOLVED IN THESE STEERING COMMITTEES.

AND THROUGH 11 MONTHS AND OVER 200 HOURS OF MEETINGS, EVENTS, AND PUBLIC OUTREACH, THESE STEERING COMMITTEES LIVE THE CHALLENGES OF SU OF SUSTAINING COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AT PLAYGROUNDS WHERE, YOU KNOW, AT THE END OF THE DAY, DEMOGRAPHICS HAVE JUST SHIFTED ON US.

THAT'S REALLY WHERE THIS ALL STARTED.

WE BECAME AN OLDER PARISH.

UM, AS A RESULT, WE HAVE ISSUED OUR FINAL REPORT, UM, AN ACTION PLAN FOR REIMAGINING RECREATION TO BETTER SERVE THE RESIDENTS OF JEFFERSON PARISH AT OUR SIX RECREATION PLAYGROUNDS THAT WERE PART OF THIS LEMON AVONDALE BRIGHT DELTA BRIDGE CITY AND ROSE THO.

AND OUR VISION IS TO USE THE OUTCOMES OF ALL OF THIS WORK, UM, AS A FRAMEWORK FOR CREATING POLICY, REFURBISHING THESE PLAYGROUNDS AND EXPANDING OUR FACILITIES AND CREATING APPROPRIATE PROGRAMMING FOR JEFFERSON PARISH.

SO I'M CONFIDENT THAT THE SUGGESTED PATH FORWARD IS GONNA ENHANCE OUR EXISTING PLAYGROUNDS AND BETTER SERVE ALL OF OUR RECREATION PARTICIPANTS, UM, AND EVEN OUR OLDER CITIZENS, UM, AS WELL AS THE YOUTH FOR OUR ENTIRE COMMUNITY.

UM, OUR JEFFERSON PROTECTION AND ANIMAL WELFARE SERVICES HAS TEAMED UP WITH THE BIS LITTLE PET FOUNDATION TO FIX THE FUTURE PROGRAM IN ORDER TO HELP PREVENT THE INTAKE OF ACCIDENTAL LITTERS OF KITTENS AND PUPPIES BY PROVIDING FREE SPAY NEUTER OF OWNED PETS.

UM, THESE SERVICES WILL BE OFFERED TO RESIDENTS THAT CANNOT AFFORD SPAY AND NEUTER OF THEIR PETS AND WOULD NOT OTHERWISE SEEK VETERINARIAN SERVICES, WHICH IS THE LEADING CAUSE OF PETS ENTERING INTO ANIMAL FACILITIES ACROSS THE NATION.

STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT OFFERING FREE SERVICES, UH, TO CITIZENS IS THE FIRST STEP IN A LONG ROAD TO PREVENTING ANIMALS FROM ENTERING ALREADY OVERCROWDED SHELTERS.

OUR LIBRARY TEAM, UM, IS VERY INNOVATIVE AS WE KNOW.

ADDITIONALLY, OUR LIBRARY IT NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR WAS INVITED TO DELIVER A PRESENTATION TITLED PREPARING YOUR LIBRARY FOR EMERGING TECHNOLOGY AT A LIBRARY AUTOMATION CONFERENCE IN UTAH ON MARCH 6TH.

AND AS FOR NEW AND UPCOMING PROGRAMMING AT OUR LIBRARIES, ROSEDALE HAS LAUNCHED A NEW MONTHLY BOOK BOOK CLUB BASED ON TITLES THAT EXPLORE THE ROLE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.

THE FIRST DISCUSSION WILL BE MARCH 11TH, FINANCIAL CONSULTANT SHEILA COW WILL LEAD FOUR WORKSHOPS ON PERSONAL FINANCES AT THE NORTH KENNEL LIBRARY EVERY TUESDAY FROM MARCH 12TH THROUGH APRIL 2ND.

AND RON THE EXPOSITION WILL FEATURE OVER A HUNDRED GREAT EXHIBITOR BOOTHS DECORATED IN A FESTIVE, THE GREAT GATSBY ROARING TWENTIES ATMOSPHERE.

AND THEN LAST BUT NOT LEAST, OUR LAFA NEAR PARK BUNNY BASH, UH, THE DAWN BUSTERS KIWANIS CLUB OF MERY WILL HOST THE 2024 BUNNY BASH ON SATURDAY, MARCH 23RD AT LAFFER PARK FROM 11:30 AM TO 4:00 PM THIS FAMILY-ORIENTED EASTER EVENT WILL INCLUDE CAROUSEL RIDES, MULTIPLE EGG HUNTS, SPACE, WALKS, FACE PAINTING, CHILDREN'S GAMES, AND A PHOTO ALLEY.

WE PURCHASED THIS SITE SEVERAL YEARS AGO WITH THE INTENTION OF DEVELOPING THIS AS AN OFFSITE PARKING LOT TO SUPPORT OUR EXISTING DELIVERY STATION OPERATION IN ELMWOOD.

THAT PARKING LOT USE IS ALLOWED BY RIGHT OF THE CURRENT C TWO ZONING, AND IT WILL ENTAIL THE PARKING OF SEVERAL HUNDRED DELIVERY VANS AND PERSONAL VEHICLES.

SINCE THE TIME OF PURCHASING THIS PROPERTY, OUR CUSTOMER NEEDS HAVE CHANGED AND WE ARE EXCITED TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH JEFFERSON PARISH ON LOUISIANA'S FIRST SAME DAY DELIVERY FULFILLMENT CENTER.

THIS PROPOSED FACILITY WOULD ALLOW AMAZON TO FULFILL, SORT AND DELIVER CUSTOMER PACKAGES ALL FROM ONE FACILITY, THEREBY IMPROVING THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FOR RESIDENTS OF THE PARISH AND OTHER REGIONAL CUSTOMERS.

THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS FACILITY WILL RESULT IN A CAPITAL INVESTMENT OF MORE THAN $30 MILLION, INCLUDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING AND THE VARIOUS TYPES OF ADVANCED ROBOTICS AND OTHER MACH MACHINE HANDLING EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO OPERATE THE FACILITY.

THE PROJECT WILL CREATE 100 BETWEEN 150 AND 200 NEW JOBS WITH AN AVERAGE HOURLY PAY OF $20 50 CENTS PER HOUR.

FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS THAT INCLUDE BENEFITS ON THEIR FIR VERY FIRST DAY OF EMPLOYMENT, SUCH AS HEALTH BENEFITS 401K OPPORTUNITIES, PAID TIME OFF, PAID MATERNITY AND PATERNITY LEAVE, JUST TO NAME A FEW.

THERE ARE ALSO OPPORTUNITIES FOR PAID COLLEGE TUITION TO PROVIDE SAME DAY DELIVERY TO OUR CUSTOMERS.

WE UTILIZE WHAT WE CALL FLEX DRIVERS, WHICH CAN BE COMPARED TO UBER OR LYFT, BUT INSTEAD OF MOVING PEOPLE, WE'RE MOVING PACKAGES FOR THIS LOCATION.

WE ANTICIPATE BETWEEN 300 AND 400 FLEX VEHICLES VISITING THE SITE DAILY, CREATING ADDITIONAL JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS.

THESE FLEX DRIVERS WOULD ARRIVE AT THE FACILITY ENTERING THE SITE VIA AL DAVIS.

WITH THE HELP OF, AND WITH THE HELP OF AMAZON EMPLOYEES, THEY WOULD LOAD UP TO 50 PACKAGES IN THEIR PERSONAL VEHICLES FOR DELIVERY TO CUSTOMERS.

FROM THERE, FLEX DRIVERS DEPART THE FACILITY AND BEGIN TO MAKE THEIR DELIVERIES.

MOST FLEX DRIVERS WILL RETURN TO THEIR HOMES OR THEIR NEXT DESTINATION OF THE DAY FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THE DELIVERIES ON THEIR ROUTE.

HOWEVER, IF AN INDIVIDUAL CHOOSES TO RUN AN ADDITIONAL ROUTE ON THEIR WORKDAY, THAT IS ALREADY CONSIDERED INTO THE PROJECTED 300 TO 400 FLEX VEHICLES VISITING THIS SITE.

THIS DOES NOT CREATE AN UNACCOUNTED FOR TRIP.

IN OTHER WORDS, WE KNOW ON ANY GIVEN DAY WE'LL HAVE ENOUGH CUSTOMER ORDERS TO JUSTIFY BETWEEN 300 AND 400 FLEX VEHICLES VISITING THE SITE.

HAVING ONE INDIVIDUAL VISIT TO RUN MULTIPLE ROUTES DOESN'T CHANGE THAT WE CAN STILL ONLY ACCOMMODATE THE SET NUMBER OF ORDERS.

WE UNDERSTAND THIS DEVELOPMENT WOULD CREATE QUESTIONS FOR RESIDENTS FOR THE HICKORY RIDGE NEIGHBORHOOD AND AMAZON AND ITS DEVELOPMENT PARTNER SIEGFRIED BEGAN OUTREACH TO THE HOA IN DECEMBER.

WE HAD OUR FIRST MEETING WITH THE HOA PRESIDENT ON JANUARY 31ST, WHERE WE EXPLAINED THE PROJECT, ANSWERED QUESTIONS AND OFFERED TO MAKE OURSELVES AVAILABLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FOLLOW UP FROM THE REMAINDER OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

ON FEBRUARY 19TH, THE HOA PRESIDENT CONTACTED US TO REQUEST US MEET WITH NEIGHBORS TO DISCUSS QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS THAT THEY HAD RECENTLY BROUGHT UP.

WE MET TWO DAYS LATER IN THAT MEETING, NEIGHBORS EXPRESSED CONCERNS PRIMARILY RELATED TO TRAFFIC AND NOISE, WHICH WE HAVE WORKED DILIGENTLY WITH THE PARISH TO ADDRESS OVER THE LAST TWO WEEKS RELATED TO TRAFFIC, THE HOA REQUESTED ALL TRAFFIC FOR THIS FACILITY BE ROUTED AWAY FROM DICKERY ROAD AND ONTO AL DAVIS ROAD.

WE QUICKLY BEGAN STUDYING THIS AND WORKED WITH THE PARISH TO DETERMINE IF THIS WOULD BE A FEASIBLE OPTION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT.

WE HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THAT ACCESS ACCESS ACROSS THE DRAINAGE CANAL CAN BE OBTAINED, AND THIS ADJUSTMENT HAS BEEN MADE.

THE SITE PLAN THAT YOU SEE IN FRONT OF YOU CURRENTLY REFLECTS NO VEHICLE ACCESS ALONG DICKERY ROAD AND ALL, ALL VEHICULAR TRAFFIC HAS BEEN ROUTED ONTO AL DAVIS.

RESIDENTS ALSO RAISE QUESTIONS RELATED TO THE ACCURACY OF THE TRAFFIC DATA.

WE ARE FORTUNATE IN THAT AMAZON ALREADY OPERATES FACILITIES SIMILAR TO THIS DEVELOPMENT IN BOTH SIDES AND FUNCTION.

SO WE HAD ACTUAL OPERATING PATTERNS TO REVIEW IN ORDER TO BUILD OUR TRAFFIC PLAN FOR THIS LOCATION, WE LOOKED AT 12 ACTIVE SAME DAY SITES THAT HAVE ALL BEEN OPENED FOR MORE THAN A YEAR.

TO PREPARE OUR ANALYSIS FOR THIS JEFFERSON PARISH LOCATION, WE LOOKED AT OPERATING FACILITIES IN VARIOUS CITIES, INCLUDING AUSTIN, CHARLOTTE, COLUMBUS, AND TAMPA, AMONG OTHERS.

GIVEN THE EXPERIENCE OUR TEAMS HAVE IN OPERATING FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY CENTERS,

WE ARE ALSO ABLE TO ACCURATELY UNDERSTAND HOW MANY CUSTOMER ORDERS CAN BE PROCESSED FROM A FACILITY OF ANY GIVEN SIZE.

AND WE WORK BACKWARDS FROM THAT TO KNOW THE VOLUME OF FLEX DRIVER SUPPORT WOULD BE REQUIRED TO SUPPORT THOSE CUSTOMER ORDERS.

WE ALSO INTENTIONALLY STRUCTURE OUR OPERATING MODEL TO PUT AS FEW VEHICLES AS POSSIBLE ON THE ROAD DURING PEAK TRAFFIC HOURS.

A TRAFFIC IMPACT ANALYSIS HAS BEEN STUDIED ALL FOR ALL OF THE INTERSECTIONS IN AND AROUND THE SITE, AND THERE HAVE BEEN NO RECOMMENDED IMPROVEMENTS BASED ON THE ADDITION OF THE AMAZON FACILITY.

AS OUR BUSINESS IS BUILT ON PROVIDING AN OPTIMAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT WE GET THESE THINGS RIGHT IN ORDER TO MEET THE SHIPPING SPEED EXPECTATIONS OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND BE GOOD NEIGHBORS TO THOSE THAT LIVE AROUND US.

IN REGARDS TO SOUND, OUR INITIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN CALLED FOR AN EIGHT FOOT MASONRY WALL TO BE CONSTRUCTED BETWEEN OUR SITE AND THE HICKORY RIDGE NEIGHBORHOOD.

WHILE PARISH CODE DOES NOT REQUIRE THE WALL, WE WERE ALWAYS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING IT ALONG WITH ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING TO CREATE A SOUND BARRIER AND IMPROVE THE AESTHETICS OF THE DEVELOPMENT CLOSEST TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

FOLLOWING CONVERSATIONS WITH THE HOA, WE ARE PREPARED TO CONSTRUCT THIS WALL TO 12 FEET.

THIS WILL REQUIRE A VARIANCE AS CODE CURRENTLY LIMITS THE WALL HEIGHT TO EIGHT FEET.

BUT WE UNDERSTAND THIS IS SOMETHING THE PARISH DOES SUPPORT IN REGARDS TO THE ZONING CHANGE.

WE ARE ALSO COMMITTING THAT THE ZONING FOR THIS PROPERTY WOULD REVERT BACK TO C TWO.

ITS CURRENT ZONING WITH ALLOWANCES FOR THE CONTINUED OPERATION OF A WAREHOUSE AND DISTRIBUTION FACILITY.

IN THE EVENT THAT A AMAZON NO LONGER OPERATES THE FACILITY, WE PLAN TO CONSTRUCT RESIDENTS ALSO EXPRESS CONCERNS ABOUT VERMIN AND RODENTS THAT WOULD BE EVACUATED FROM THE SITE UPON DEVELOPMENT.

TO HELP ALLEVIATE THIS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, WE WILL HAVE AN EXTERMINATION COMPANY TREAT THE SITE PRIOR TO BEGINNING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO US TO BE GOOD NEIGHBORS.

WE HAVE HEARD, LISTENED, AND RESPONDED TO CONCERNS FROM RESIDENTS.

AND SO QUITE RECENTLY, AND I HAVE TO ASK THIS QUESTION, IT WAS TOLD TO ME THAT YOU'RE LYING THAT THERE'S GONNA BE 2000 CARS A DAY GOING THROUGH THERE.

HOW DO YOU RESPOND TO THAT? YEAH, SO WE DON'T, UM, AS STATED, WE, WE BASE THE TRAFFIC ANALYSIS FOR THIS SITE ON THE DATA FROM ACTUAL OPERATING FACILITIES THAT ARE VERY SIMILAR IN SIZE AND FUNCTION THAT ARE ALREADY WITHIN OPERATING WITHIN THE AMAZON DELIVERY NETWORK.

SO THAT IS HOW WE GENERATE THAT TRAFFIC DATA ANALYSIS.

ABOUT 30% DON'T RECYCLE, BUT EVERYBODY ON MY STREET RECYCLES.

AND IT'S VERY IMPORTANT TO OUR ENVIRONMENT, OUR COMMUNITY, AND OUR WORLD THAT WE RECYCLE.

BECAUSE IF WE DON'T RECYCLE, WE'RE GOING TO HAVE A CLIMATE CRISIS THAT WILL END OUR WORLD.

AND ALREADY WE HAVE PROBLEMS BECAUSE WE, WE DON'T RECYCLE.

WE'RE USING OUR NATURAL RESOURCES, UH, THAT WE WOULD SAVE BY RECYCLING.

THE PROGRAM WAS NOT RIGHT IN OUR MINDS.

THE FOUR OF US WHO VOTED AGAINST IT FOR JEFFERSON PARISH MOVING INTO THE FUTURE SOMEBODY TOLD ME AFTER THAT MEETING, YOU'RE BEING SHORTSIGHTED BY NOT CONTINUING RECYCLING.

I SAID TO THE CONTRARY, I FEEL LIKE WE'RE BEING SHORTSIGHTED IF WE DON'T LOOK FOR BETTER OPTIONS FOR THE FUTURE.

BECAUSE IN MY OPINION, WHEN YOU HAVE A GARBAGE COLLECTOR PICKING UP RECYCLING, IT'S NOT, IT'S NOT NECESSARILY FOR THE RIGHT REASONS.

AND SO REALLY I THINK IT'S, IT'S TURNED OUT TO BE A SILVER LINING IN THAT WE HAVE A MOMENT TO PAUSE AND THINK OF THE MOST ROBUST PROGRAM FOR RECYCLING.

THE MOST SUCCESSFUL PROGRAM FOR RECYCLING THAT WE CAN, INCLUDING GLASS, I WOULD HOPE IN THE FUTURE, WHICH I KNOW HAS BEEN A DESIRE FOR A LONG TIME IN OUR COMMUNITY.

UM, NOW WE TRANSFORM THAT GLASS WASTE INTO BEACH LIKE SAND FOR RESTORATION OF OUR COAST HERE IN LOUISIANA.

AND OVER THE PAST FOUR YEARS, WE'VE DEVELOPED A STRONG INFRASTRUCTURE.

WE ANNUALLY RECYCLE AROUND 4 MILLION POUNDS OF MATERIAL, UM, AND JUST RECENTLY EXTENDED OUR DROP OFF PROGRAMS OVER THE LAST SIX MONTHS TO ALSO INCLUDE PLASTICS, ALUMINUM, CARDBOARD, UM, AND OTHER RECYCLABLE MATERIALS.

UM, WE'VE BEEN FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO COLLABORATE WITH A LOT OF DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONS ON THE RECYCLING FRONT AS WELL AS THE COASTAL RESTORATION FRONT FROM US.

UM, FISH AND WILDLIFE TO THE COALITION TO RESTORE COASTAL LOUISIANA.

WE CURRENTLY MANAGE ABOUT 17 DROP OFF LOCATIONS IN THE REGION, AND OUR PRIMARY SITE ON LOUISA STREET ATTRACTS AROUND 10, 10,000 OR MORE RECYCLERS ANNUALLY.

UM, AND WE EC ACCEPT RECYCLABLE MATERIALS THERE.

WE'VE ALSO SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED A CO RECYCLING PROGRAM IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CITY OF NEW ORLEANS AT THEIR LESION FIELDS DROP OFF LOCATION.

SO WE'RE FAMILIAR WITH, UM, PARTNERING WITH GOVERNMENT.

UM, CURRENTLY OUR PROGRAMS EXTEND ACROSS ABOUT THREE STATES AND WE OPERATE AROUND SIX CONCURRENT ROUTES PER DAY.
