          AND SO WE'RE GRATEFUL FOR THIS DAY BECAUSE THE IMPROVEMENTS THAT WE ARE GOING TO MAKE HERE, UH, FOR OUR KIDS FROM TWO TO 12 IS GOING TO BE A GREAT ONE IN THAT WHERE THE OLD EQUIPMENT IS RIGHT NOW, ALL OF THAT'S GONNA BE REPLACED WITH NEW EQUIPMENT, NEW MODERN EQUIPMENT. 
          WE ARE BUILDING A WALKING TRAIL AROUND HERE, AND WE ARE PUTTING OUT HERE ALSO OUTDOOR EXERCISE EQUIPMENT.
