Resolution - accepting the lowest responsible bid of Fleming Construction Company, L.L.C., Proposal No. 50-122872, for a two year contract for Restoration or Replacement of Existing Sewer Mains (gravity or force) by Point Repair, for the Jefferson Parish Department of Sewerage, at the bid tabulation price of $6,883,549.00. Maximum expenditures for this contract shall not exceed $5,000,000.00 for the two years, by a factor of not more than ten percent (10%) without amendment to the contract.
