Resolution - accepting certain utilities in Elmwood Industrial Park Subdivision for maintenance by the Parish of Jefferson. (Council District 2) (Approved by Mr. Johnston at the request of the Administration)
Resolution - approving Change Order 1 (Final) with ARC Mechanical Contractors, Inc. for an addition of $33,926.00 to the contract amount, which covers Lapalco Head Start, Bid No. 50-116930. Change Order No. 1 (Final) in the amount of $33,926.00 represents an 8% increase to the original contract amount. Work associated with this Change Order is complete and is within the original scope of the contract. (Council District 3) (Approved by Mr. Spears at the request of the Administration)
