Resolution - approving Change Order 1 (Final) with ARC Mechanical Contractors, Inc. for an addition of $33,926.00 to the contract amount, which covers Lapalco Head Start, Bid No. 50-116930. Change Order No. 1 (Final) in the amount of $33,926.00 represents an 8% increase to the original contract amount.
