Resolution - accepting the responsible bid of Retif Oil and Fuel, LLC, Proposal No. 50-118624, for a two (2) year contract, with no option to renew, for dispensing of on-site/off-site consignment motor fuels, for the Eastbank and Westbank for the Department of Fleet Management and all Jefferson Parish Municipalities, for a bid tabulation price of $498,219,11. Annual expenditures will not exceed $1,750,000.00 per year, for a maximum expenditure of $3,500,000.00 for the two years and compensation should not exceed this amount by a factor of more than 10% without an amendment to the contract.
