Resolution - authorizing the advertisement for sealed bids for a construction project including the installation of an HVAC system and other miscellaneous upgrades at Delta Playground for the Parks and Recreation Department. (Council District 4) Approved by Mr. Rizzuto at the request of the Administration)
Resolution - accepting the responsible bid of Retif Oil and Fuel, LLC, Proposal No. 50-118624, for a two (2) year contract, with no option to renew, for dispensing of on-site/off-site consignment motor fuels, for the Eastbank and Westbank for the Department of Fleet Management and all Jefferson Parish Municipalities, for a bid tabulation price of $498,219,11. Annual expenditures will not exceed $1,750,000.00 per year, for a maximum expenditure of $3,500,000.00 for the two years and compensation should not exceed this amount by a factor of more than 10% without an amendment to the contract. The term of this contract will be from 05/21/2017 through 05/20/2019). (Parishwide) (Approved by Ms. Lee-Sheng at the request of the Administration)
