Resolution - requesting the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to place the Housing Authority of Jefferson Parish (HAJP) into Administrative Receivership, declaring the HAJP in substantial default of the Annual Contributions Contract and taking control of the Authority under the powers granted to the HUD Secretary under the Housing Act of 1937, as amended.
