PUBLIC HEARING - for owner, RANDY JONES, SR. AND DOLORES JONES, to show cause why the structure at 2300 Washington Avenue, Lots 1 and 2, Square 133, South New Orleans Subdivision, located in Harvey, Louisiana should not be condemned and demolished pursuant to La. R.S. 33:4761 et seq. (Council District 3)
Resolution - accepting the lowest responsible bid of , Bid No. 50- 112532, in the amount of $ , for construction of landscaping, lighting and an irrigation system at the New Performing Arts Center, (Public Works Project No. 2015-009-REC) for the Jefferson Parish Public Works Department – Parkways. (Council District 2) (Approved by Mr. Johnston at the request of the Administration)
Resolution - authorizing Change Order 1 (Final) with Hard Rock Construction, LLC. for a deduction of $120,437.98 from the contract amount , which covers Bunche Village Drainage Improvements, Proposal No. 50-108481. Work associated with this Change Order is complete and is within the original scope of the project. (Council District 3) (Approved by Mr. Spears at the request of the Administration)
Resolution - authorizing and approving Change Order #2 with Earl's Plumbing & Heating, LLC, Bid No. 50-111142, adding $29,750.00 to the contract to repair the sewer lines at the East Bank Regional Library for the Jefferson Parish Library Department. Change Orders 1 & 2 represents a 1.13% increase to the original cantract amount. (Council District 5)(Approved by Ms. Lee-Sheng at the request of the Administration)
