Resolution - ratifying an Agreement between the Jefferson Parish Council of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana acting as governing authority of Jefferson Parish Hospital Service District No. 1, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana d/b/a West Jefferson Medical Center (Council) and Nemzoff & Co., LLC to provide health care financial advisory services, and other related services, to the Council concerning any transaction or any proposed transaction involving the transfer and/or lease of all or substantially all of the assets of Jefferson Parish Hospital Services District No. 1, Parish of Jefferson.
