PUBLIC HEARING - to be HELD ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 19, 2014, BY THE JEFFERSON PARISH COUNCIL, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING AUTHORITY OF CONSOLIDATED SEWERAGE DISTRICT NO. 1 OF THE PARISH OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF LOUISIANA so that THE PUBLIC IS HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Jefferson Parish Council will meet in open and public session on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 19, 2014, at TEN O'CLOCK (10:00) A.M., at the Westbank Jefferson Parish Council Chambers, Second Floor, General Government Building, Gretna Louisiana, in consultation with bond counsel and duly advertised in the manner provided by law, to hear any objections to the proposed issuance of the Bonds.
Resolution - finding and determining that a public hearing has been held and that no petition has been filed objecting to the proposed issuance of not to exceed Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) of Sewer Revenue Bonds of Consolidated Sewerage District No. 1 of the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana; authorizing the officials of the Parish Council, as governing authority of said District, to proceed with the preparation of the documents required for the issuance of such bonds.
