Resolution - extending the interim zoning regulations imposed by Resolution 120572, which authorized the Planning Department and the Planning Advisory Board to conduct a study to evaluate and amend provisions related to fences, with the intent of establishing definitions and regulations including, but not limited to, height, height measurement methods, materials, and setbacks, for a period of six (6) months or until the effective date of final Council action, whichever comes first. Resolution - ratifying Amendment 2 with Shread-Kuyrkendall & Associates, Inc. to establish a new termination date of June 3, 2015 for all services associated with the design and construction administration of Subsurface Drainage Improvements to the Bunche Village Area; establishing a new termination date does not increase the total value of the Agreement which remains at $349,534.00.
